A gift for you
Your pendant
You choose the words for the back, up to four short lines: your name, a condition, an allergy, who to call. You’ll see them on the pendant in 3D before you send them. We read every word, engrave it in London and post it to you, free and tracked.
Not sure what to put?
Start with your name, then the one thing a paramedic must know first, such as a condition or an allergy, and someone to call. Your NHS number is optional, but we recommend it: in England it lets an ambulance crew see your medicines and allergies. It’s in the NHS App and on GP letters.

We’ll check your words, engrave your pendant and post it the next working day after we have checked your engraving.
