Choosing what to engrave on your medical ID can feel overwhelming. Everyone’s circumstances are different, and there is no single formula that works for all. That is why we have introduced an AI assistant on the MediWear website. It is not there for show. It is there to help you make the engraving process simpler, more personal and more reassuring.
Whether you are living with diabetes, supporting someone with dementia, or simply want your emergency contacts displayed clearly, the assistant will guide you through each step.
It asks natural questions such as where you live, who the pendant is for, and whether there are key conditions or allergies to include. It then suggests what might make sense to engrave, keeping the message short enough to fit and useful enough to be understood by a first responder.
Of course, it is still learning. In fact, I would love for you to try and break it. Ask it unusual questions, test awkward situations, and see how it responds. If you manage to confuse it, copy and paste the conversation and send it to me personally at km@mediwear.co.uk
